Press – Growing bean sprout in traditional Vietnam

My article about growing bean sprout in traditional Vietnamese method was out on Afamily – the most searched recipes site for Vietnamese woman and have received several feedbacks. Mainly people “admire” the beautiful juicy bean-sprouts but afraid they could do it.

Well, it’s easy for people who really want to do it and put their heart on it.

Have you ever made bean sprout? ask my mum!
I took these photo when I was with her in Revuca – Slovakia.

You can also see the short clips that I made when we “harvesting” it here
